1.主要原料。

2.猪肉馅放盆里,加入葱姜末,酱油,蚝油,盐味精,香油。

3.分多次加适量水,将猪肉馅搅打均匀备用。

4.用云吞皮包裹猪肉馅,包好云吞备用。

5.三四成的油温,放入云吞用小火炸制。
